Tony Hernandez
Tony Hernandez is an Emmy and Peabody award-winning producer and former founder & CEO of Jax Media. Using his two decades of producing experience, he created the unique Jax Media model and produced award-winning scripted and late-night shows, features, and specials including Emily in Paris (Netflix), Emmy-winning Russian Doll (Netflix), Emmy-nominated Fire Island (Hulu), Full Frontal with Samantha Bee (TBS), & Inside Amy Schumer (Comedy Central), Broad City (Comedy Central), Chris Rock’s Top Five, and critically acclaimed projects such as Desus & Mero (Showtime), Younger (TV Land), Search Party (HBO Max), A Black Lady Sketch Show (HBO), and Chris Rock: Tambourine (Netflix).
In 2023, Jax Media was acquired by Imagine Entertainment where both Hernandez and Burns served as President.

Lilly Burns
Lilly Burns is an Emmy-nominated and Peabody Award-winning creative producer and former founder of Jax Media. At Jax, she oversaw the creative side of the business and helped to build its unique brand. She has executive produced and directed on Broad City (Comedy Central) and Search Party (HBO Max). She also served as executive producer on Russian Doll (Netflix), Emily in Paris (Netflix), Desus & Mero (Showtime), Younger (TV Land) Living with Yourself (Netflix), My Next Guest Needs No Introduction with David Letterman (Netflix), and Uncoupled (Showtime), Wedding Season (Hulu) among others.

Elise Henderson
Elise Henderson was most recently President of MRC Television. During her tenure, she oversaw the company's slate of television programming including Ozark (Netflix), The Great (Hulu), The Terminal List (Amazon), The Outsider (HBO), Shining Girls (Apple), and Poker Face (Peacock) - among others - garnering 42 Emmy Awards nominations, 11 Golden Globe Awards nominations, 12 SAG Awards nominations, and seven WGA Awards nominations. Henderson joined MRC from Universal Cable Productions (UCP) where she oversaw the expansion of the production slate and developed projects including Emmy- and Golden Globe-winning Mr. Robot (USA) and Emmy-nominated Homecoming (Amazon). Prior to working in development, Henderson spent a decade as a TV literary agent at William Morris and UTA, representing writers, directors, and producers.

Michael Amodio
Chief Technology Officer & Head of Post-Production
Michael Amodio is a leader in the post-production landscape with over two decades of experience working across both television and film. Prior to his role at Counterpart Studios, Amodio held the position of Head of Post-Production at Jax Media, where he oversaw the post-production processes for numerous acclaimed series including "Emily In Paris," "Russian Doll," "Living With Yourself," and "The Pentaverate," among others.
Throughout his career, Amodio has been recognized for his innovative approach to managing complex post-production workflows. He continues to push the boundaries of post-production capabilities at Counterpart Studios, driving forward the quality and efficiency of content delivery while maintaining the highest standards of creative integrity.

Danielle Blumstein
Co-Head of Production
Danielle Blumstein is a producer with over two decades of experience in diverse production spaces spanning from independent to studio features, and in television across multiple broadcast and streaming platforms. With a history of working with some of the industry’s leading creative talents including Steve McQueen, Wes Anderson, Mike Birbiglia, and Park Chan Wook, she has also been nominated for DGA awards as part of the teams supporting Tom McCarthy’s Spotlight and Greta Gerwig’s Ladybird. Top credits include: Archive 81 (Netflix), The Jim Gaffigan Show (TV Land), Lincoln Rhyme: The Hunt for the Bone Collector (NBCUniversal), Vampires Versus the Bronx (Netflix), and While We’re Young (A24). In addition to her producing work, Danielle serves as the Director of Outreach and Engagement for the non-profit children’s charity The Imagine Society alongside founder Jeannie Gaffigan and as a guest speaker for NYU Tisch’s Master of Arts Media Producing Program.
